Meet the Team

Our leadership team consists of a unique blend of entrepreneurial acumen, a wealth of industry experience, and an intense passion for people. We have experience working as analysts and account representatives in companies like KeHE Distributors and Advantage Sales and Marketing as well as experience in national account sales and as startup coaches in organizations like AT&T, Sprint, and the University of Georgia. We have experienced the highs and lows of the startup process and love expanding brands. We have found that our diversity of experiences lends itself to a new energy in an old industry.

Jay Johnson

CEO & National Accounts

Jay is our resident serial entrepreneur and salesman with an inherent passion for growing companies. He has started countless ventures in the past and has also held national account and business consulting positions at companies like AT&T and Sprint. Jay serves as our Chief Executive Officer and is the lead contact for new clients as well as one of our representatives for national accounts and key retailers.

Mark Johnson

Director of Marketing and Operations

Mark has started multiple companies and also spent time working with small business owners and entrepreneurs through the University of Georgia and Kennesaw State University. With a background in marketing, finance, and psychology, Mark supports us in our marketing and operations initiatives as well as in the strategic growth of our clients.

Brandon Beasley

Business Analyst & Client Strategy

Brandon spent years working as an analyst with Advantage Sales & Marketing as well as with KeHE Distributors, helping them manage accounts like BiLo and Shaw’s. Currently, Brandon serves as our lead business analyst and supports our clients in their execution of distribution and retail growth. As our in-house analyst, he works closely with clients in the development and analysis of growth strategies.

Diana Earwood

National Account Executive

Diana Earwood started her journey in retail over 20 years ago with General Mills and The Nielsen Company before joining Sutherland’s Foodservice as VP and General Manager of their Produce Division. During her tenure at Sutherland’s, Diana also served as General Manager of Destiny Organics, a regional distributor based in Atlanta, GA. Recently, she started a consulting agency called plain.stated. that primarily focuses on helping local brands. Diana’s passion for this industry and emerging brands runs deep and has joined our team in a National Account Executive role.

Wayne Silverman

National Account Executive

Wayne believes that building, cultivating and retaining relationships is the key to success in business and life. This paradigm guided him in his work as an educator, nonprofit executive, fundraiser, and natural product entrepreneur. He brings a dedication to ethically produced food that supports the health of the planet and a wealth of experience from launching and growing his own brand, Matzolah®, into multiple national retailers. As a National Account Executive and Brand Consultant, Wayne leverages four decades of connections and knowledge to serve our brands, retailers and distributors.

Victoria Zeman

Marketing Associate

Victoria joined our team with a background in recreation and a passion for healthy lifestyle brands. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, Victoria supports our team in marketing our brands through a multitude of platforms.

Fielding Williams

Onboarding Specialist

Fielding has spent over a decade as an entrepreneur in the retail and food manufacturing space and has extensive experience in organically growing startups. She now uses those experiences to support other business owners as they navigate unfamiliar territories within the food and beverage industries. Fielding also brings a gifting in administration and operations and will support our brands with the details and processes necessary for growth.

Rebecca Buechler


Rebecca Buechler is a fourth year Foundation Fellow at the University of Georgia who studies mathematics and international affairs and has experience in working with a college-based food publication. She is an invaluable asset to both our sales and operations teams, bringing a fresh look and focus to supporting our vision and mission as a company.
