Our leadership team consists of a unique blend of entrepreneurial acumen, a wealth of industry experience, and an intense passion for people. We have experience working as analysts and account representatives in companies like KeHE Distributors and Advantage Sales and Marketing as well as experience in national account sales and as startup coaches in organizations like AT&T, Sprint, and the University of Georgia. We have experienced the highs and lows of the startup process and love expanding brands. We have found that our diversity of experiences lends itself to a new energy in an old industry.
CEO & National Accounts
Jay is our resident serial entrepreneur and salesman with an inherent passion for growing companies. He has started countless ventures in the past and has also held national account and business consulting positions at companies like AT&T and Sprint. Jay serves as our Chief Executive Officer and is the lead contact for new clients as well as one of our representatives for national accounts and key retailers.
Chief Operating Officer
Mark has started multiple companies and also spent time working with small business owners and entrepreneurs through the University of Georgia and Kennesaw State University. With a background in marketing, finance, and psychology, Mark supports us in our marketing and operations initiatives as well as in the strategic growth of our clients.
National Account Executive
Diana Earwood started her journey in retail over 20 years ago with General Mills and The Nielsen Company before joining Sutherland’s Foodservice as VP and General Manager of their Produce Division. During her tenure at Sutherland’s, Diana also served as General Manager of Destiny Organics, a regional distributor based in Atlanta, GA. Recently, she started a consulting agency called plain.stated. that primarily focuses on helping local brands. Diana’s passion for this industry and emerging brands runs deep and has joined our team in a National Account Executive role.
Cori brings over 19 years of experience across marketing, operations, and analytics. Her diverse experience in the food industry includes project management, national event planning, and management of consumer relations. Through her previous UNFI experience, she executed tradeshows as well as managed relationships with an array of industry professionals, from brokers and third-party vendors to food banks and the venue sales team. Meticulous and detail-oriented, she is a tremendous asset to our team.
Business Analyst & Client Strategy
Brandon spent years working as an analyst with Advantage Sales & Marketing as well as with KeHE Distributors, helping them manage accounts like BiLo and Shaw’s. Currently, Brandon serves as our lead business analyst and supports our clients in their execution of distribution and retail growth. As our in-house analyst, he works closely with clients in the development and analysis of growth strategies.
National Account Executive
Clay Goforth is a Sr. Level CPG sales and analytics professional that serves with us as a National Account Executive specializing in big-box. He has spent the last 15 years partnering with brands and retailers to optimize and grow their category performance, improve operational efficiencies, and drive their business through analytics and insight-driven decisions. Clay is a retail enthusiast; he loves the problems, opportunities, obstacles, and puzzles that present themselves in the operation at retail and equally loves solving for those things using more than a decade of experience in sales, category management, and analytics.
Willmar specializes in automation and data visualization, providing our team with backend support on process improvement and analytics. He has many years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry in the Philippines and brings discipline and passion to our team, helping us design and build initiatives that improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
Peter is a Customer relationship Manager with 5+ years of experience working alongside the Sales and Marketing team of a Fortune 500 company in India. Peter specializes in Operations, technology and is responsible for automation and data visualization, providing our team with backend support on process improvement and analytics. Peter is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
Melron completed his MBA in Management & Marketing and has worked with companies in India, Spain, and the UK. He now supports Ambactus with their business development efforts and helps us identify high-potential brands. He brings attention to detail and process with a heart for people.
Kassie has over a decade of experience in the financial sector serving a wide variety of industries including technology, government, petrochemical and non-profits. With this experience, Kassie assists the CEO and COO in developing our financial strategy as well as our go-to-person for all things accounting.
Dani holds a BTech in Graphic Design from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, bringing our team experience in creative marketing and graphic design. She creates pitch decks, sell sheets, and other marketing materials for our brands and develops internal marketing materials for Ambactus. With experience in website management and design, she also manages our digital marketing, including both social media and blogging. Dani joins us in collaboration with Living Hope NGO in Cape Town, South Africa, where she assists with their digital and print marketing.
Business Development Specialist
Johnny specializes in business development and has started multiple companies within the arena of sales and service. With an extensive background in interpersonal communication, Johnny supports Amabactus by communicating the vision and goals of Ambactus, while at the same time listening to the needs to potential brands and clients to ensure cohesion between both parties.
Dusty provides our team with virtual administrative assistance and operational support. She has many years of experience providing executive assistance and customer service to business owners, including originally as a paralegal in a real estate department. Her focus on detail, desire to serve, and calmness under pressure are invaluable assets to helping us manage our projects and sales efforts. While a majority of her time is spent in support of our CEO, she helps our entire team manage the sales process for our brands.
Cherry May Lagrama
Cherry’s diverse experience comes from 18 years of being in the workforce. She was a teacher, a market researcher, a customer service representative, a travel consultant, a finance and payroll officer as well as an HR Manager. Being a people person, Cherry is energized when working directly with different personalities. She is very passionate about learning new things and delights in being a member of a team.
Irene has solid experience in customer care from having spent over a decade in the business process outsourcing industry in the Philippines. She is a fantastic worker – conscientious, detail-oriented, personable, and competent. Irene is able to find creative, logical, and profitable solutions and has excellent grasp of business concepts. She is adept at building great customer relationships and is able to constantly bring positive energy to the team.
Arianne brings to the team over 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. She has worked in the frontlines as a customer service and technical support representative and has held various positions in both operations and administration. Arianne is passionate about building great client relationships through mutual trust and confidence and embodies the company’s core values in every aspect of her life.
