PurDate reduces food waste by sourcing their dates from delicious, local dates that would otherwise be wasted due to aesthetics that disqualify them from grocery store sale. Furthermore, their products are locally sourced and are dried by the natural heat of the sun, minimizing their environmental impact and ensuring sustainable production processes.
